rare connectivity, but very laggy connection

Here we go again, another several days of attempting, and failing, to have some decent online multiplayer via Xbox 360 >>> very laggy connection. In all fairness, Cobalt has actually managed to get through several days in a row without major service interruptions.

I won’t count the MINOR interruptions yesterday of 15 minutes downtime in the afternoon and again at midnight for 20 minutes.

BUT…   Multiple tests have revealed max pause / latency has been jumping around anywhere from 175 ms all the way up to over 1500 ms. At 1500 ms, that means when you attempt to shoot someone in Modern Warfare 2, the bullet will fire 1.5 seconds after you pull the trigger. Any delay more than 200 ms is unplayable, unless your idea of gaming is repeatedly asking yourself ” what the **** just happened?! How did I die?”

Also, QoS measurements continue to be at a maximum 80% and more often 65% and below.
