Service was intermittent all day April 8, and finally went down altogether around 8pm. It didn’t come back on until this morning. Another 12 hours without service. Cobalt Slowband strikes again. I just performed a speed test and the QoS is only 75%. Major packet loss as usual.
Seriously, it is quite amazing to me how a company could manage to provide such substandard service so consistently over such a length of time. Its almost as if they are trying to fail.
