Just called the tech support line @ Cobalt. As usual, they didn’t answer and the recorded message says ” We are experiencing technical issues in the Sealy Brookshire area.”

Update: service finally restored at 2:10pm after powercycling the receiver 3x and restarting computer, plus resetting router 5x.
