I don’t get it. Actually, I think I do. Cobalt service went out Sunday morning around 6am. A call to their tech line revealed they were ” not experiencing any outages.”
Yeah right. We’ve heard that one before. And before. And before. And before.
Then, magically, when Monday morning rolls around, the service comes back on at 9am. Hmmm, I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that business hours start then. Sounds like a certain internet company doesn’t like to work on the weekends, but then scrambles Monday morning when they arrive to numerous complaint calls on their answering service.
So, the service was out Sunday 6am – Monday 9am. 27 hours.
That’s quality right there.
