Ping Test earns Cobalt an “F” Grade

As tested by www.pingtest.net on March 25:

As you can see, Cobalt’s broadband service has earned an F grade. The packet loss is 8%! What this means is that 8% of all the info your computer is trying to transmit and receive is LOST. In real world terms, this translates into the inability to order stuff online, as your info gets lost while trying to place the order, websites that “hang”, or stop loading, online gaming rendered impossible, trouble streaming music and video i.e. constant rebuffering of the stream, and the list goes on.
