Service intermittent over two weeks now

Another day, more dropouts. Service went out overnight again. Worked early this morning (8-9am), then went out around 11:30am. Stayed offline despite numerous power resets.

Called Cobalt tech support. No answer, just a recording as usual.

Came back on again around 3pm.

Speed test results as of 3:45pm:

Better than usual for Cobalt, but still hardly broadband, and lag/latency unacceptable.

Quality of Service is only 60%.

MaxPause is 1084 ms.
