Service went out again around midnight last night… I tried a power reset to their CPE. Didn’t work. Their radio wasn’t sending out any data to my network, not even an IP address. This is customary. The connection degrades, then goes out over a few minutes or hours. Then won’t even send out an IP address. If you are lucky, about 20% of the time a power reset MIGHT fix it within 10 minutes. More than likely, about 90% of the time, I must wait 1-8 hours for connection to be miraculously restored. It makes no sense. I finally was able to get it going again after power cycling their CPE again the next morning. BUT….. as usual, the service is unacceptably slow. Here is the speed, equivalent to dialup currently:
