So, service went out early Saturday around noon and was off all day and night. Then it worked briefly Sunday morning (today) until noon, and was off all day again. I called Cobalt tech support, and again got a recording, which stated they are experiencing problems in the Bellville area. Tell me something I don’t know. Service just came back on again around 9pm.
This is the worst it has ever been, which leads me to believe they are:
1. continuing to oversell their already overloaded bandwidth allotment
2. allowing their equipment to fall further into obsolescence because their owner is too cheap to upgrade
3. have no idea what they are doing
All of the above, most likely. Class action, anyone?
