Last night, the Cobalt Broadband service went down at 12:15am and came on sometime today in the last hour. ANOTHER 12 HOURS WITHOUT SERVICE. Incompetence is an understatement. Keep in mind, during all these service outages, Cobalt does NOT email their customer base, does NOT call their customer base, and does NOT even have a status page on the net to inform their ripped-off customers that the system is down. I have been in touch with some other Cobalt customers, and have heard EXACTLY the same story from them.
In other news, my little Cobalt Broadband Review blog has already made the first page of search results in Google. 🙂
Ah, the wonders of SEO. Soon, all of their prospective new customers will be able to find out the truth about their service before making the mistake and getting locked into a 2-year contract. Thank you, Al Gore, for inventing the internet.
