41 Hours Without Service

Cobalt Broadband service went out approximately 2:30pm on Saturday and didn’t come back on until Monday (today) morning. I checked the radio transmitter/receiver and our usual full signal strength was down at the lowest level and the radio light was blinking. I powered it on and off numerous times to attempt a reset. Once again, a problem on their end.

I’d like to add that it is pretty obvious that Cobalt is “on vacation” on the weekends.
They wait until “normal work hours” to attempt to fix things. We wouldn’t want to interrupt, or disrupt, their weekend, now would we? Furthermore, they did not call or email to notify their customers of the outage.
